Terapia

– TURB (Trans Urethral Resection Bladder): permette di avere un esame istologico e quindi la stadiazione della malattia tumorale vescicale.
– Laser Tullio: la neoformazione può essere ablata o, qualora fosse necessaria la biopsia, può essere incisa ed ablata. L’utilizzo del laser permette una eccellente emostasi e pertanto ha sostituito la TURB. Se la scelta terapeutica rimane la TURB, noi di routine utilizziamo successivamente a questa il laser, per ottenere una migliore diatermocoagulazione, una migliore emostasi ed una riduzione del rischio di recidive.
